Rooms are clean with spacious layouts. The ambiance maintains a charming Florentine style, enhancing the experience.

The air conditioning lacks proper control, leaving rooms warm and uncomfortable. Tired guests from sleepless nights are never a good idea. Some plumbing issues in the bathroom resulted in slow drainage, compromising overall hygiene. Noise from the corridor makes it hard to enjoy peace during your stay, and an open main door can be a safety concern.

thoroughly enjoyed the triple room in old italian style, felt like we were home. the setting was amazing, close enough to florence at almost midnight, the shopping area, and the attractionsites.

Very good service, good value and reasonably priced place. Hospitable and top-class staff with smiles. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere...

Very nice staff and modern decor throughout hotel's design.

The breakfast was gluten free and delicious with coffee machine, sweet food, jam, and the restaurant was good. The stuff where hospitable and cooperative day and night. The location was magnificent, for example, a medieval cathedral was not very far from the hotel.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The room we had included central heating, a safe and TV set. Private bathrooms, that included bidet, were cleaned daily. The service was good throughout our stay.

Some noise from the surroundings interrupted our peaceful moments. A minor plumbing issue was noted, but it was resolved quickly.

I could use a kettle in my room.

I almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i remembered the shower with no water and the indifferent receptionist who just wanted me to check out on time. Would it have killed them to upgrade my room? Apparently, they only cater to those who aren't expecting special treatment.

The hotel staff is nice. The hotel is not far away from the river and railway station. There is a supermarket around the hotel.

The breakfast is quite simple and the furniture is little old.

Location is really excellent - walking distance from train station and from all the city centre attractions. People working in the hotel - extremely nice and helpful.

The clean, comfortable room exceeded my expectations and the location made exploring so easy. I particularly loved the staff's hospitality and the great coffee next door.

We enjoyed the personal attention during breakfast. Simone, an employee at the hotel always went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He was very friendly. The last 3 days we stayed in a much larger room and enjoyed the spacious surroundings.

The first 3 nights we were there was extremely loud until 2:30-3:00 in the morning. We did not complain since we felt it was not a polite thing to do while visiting another country. Needless to say we didn't get any sleep. The hotel staff did move our room to the other hallway where it was much quieter. Not sure how they knew we were not to happy about the noise but needless to say it solved the problem and we were fine the last few days of our stay. I'm glad we didn't say anything, the hotel solved the issue for us and for that we are grateful!!!
